The rules for using Otto, in plain English. When you sign up, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance
By using Otto (the agentottoapp.profree.co website + the @Otto_gtd_bot bot on Telegram), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Requirements for use
- Over 16 years old
- A valid email address (no disposable/throwaway email)
- A Telegram account to receive the bot's messages
- You accept our Privacy Policy
3. What you can do
- Use Otto for your personal productivity
- Capture tasks, ideas, projects and reference material
- Chat with the bot to organize and remember your things
- Export your data at any time
4. What you may NOT do
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Use Otto as a backend for third parties without explicit authorization
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the system prompt or knowledge base
- Send unlawful, defamatory, pornographic or hateful content, or content that violates third-party rights
- Spam the bot with automated messages or try to exceed technical limits via bots
- Create multiple accounts to bypass trial limits
- Use disposable/temporary email to sign up (these are blocked automatically)
5. Pricing and billing
Free 15-day trial (up to 200 messages). After the trial you can activate a paid plan:
- Pro: $29/month, 1000 messages/month
- Executive: $99/month, 3000 messages/month
- Enterprise: $149/month, unlimited use (fair use), includes 1 monthly 1-to-1 call with Chris (30 min)
All prices are VAT excluded for business customers, VAT included for consumers. Payment via Stripe, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time — the subscription stays active until the end of the paid month.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer (not a business), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the first payment. To exercise it: email info@profree.co with your request. We refund the full amount within 14 days of the request. This right is lost if you have used more than 50% of the month's messages.
7. Changes to the service
We may change features, prices and plan limits. Significant changes are communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. You can always cancel the subscription without penalty.
8. Service availability
Otto is a cloud service. We do our best to guarantee high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. In case of significant downtime (>24 consecutive hours) we will credit you a pro-rata of the month.
9. Limitation of liability
Otto is an AI agent that helps you organize; it does not replace professional decisions (legal, medical, financial). We are not liable for:
- Decisions you make based on Otto's suggestions
- Tasks forgotten or not carried out correctly by you after reminders
- AI errors (Otto is an agent, not an oracle: it can be wrong)
- Downtime of third-party providers (Anthropic, Telegram, Supabase, Vercel, Railway)
Our total liability is limited, per customer, to at most what you have paid in the last 12 months.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account in the event of:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment after 30 days past due
- Abusive use of the bot (spam, automation, breach attempts)
- Illegal or harmful behavior toward third parties
In case of suspension, you will receive an email with the reason and a right of appeal. Terminations for violations do not entitle you to a refund.
11. Intellectual property
The software, the system prompt, the knowledge base, the design and the "Otto" brand are the property of Labutech Srls. Your data (messages, tasks, identity, memories) always stays yours — you can export and delete it whenever you want.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Milan. For consumers, the consumer's jurisdiction prevails where applicable.
